What is Lionwood and what makes it different?
Lionwood is a symbolic art workshop where divine Light meets matter to carve meaning. Each mandala we create is more than décor; it’s a soul-map rooted in sacred geometry, Jungian psychology, and perennial truths.
We don’t produce; we craft reminders of the Self.
What materials are your mandalas made of?
We use sustainably harvested Albasia stratified wood, known for its lightness and resilience.
Each mandala is crafted from laser-cut layers, hand-assembled and hand-finished to achieve depth, harmony, and strength.
What finishes and colors do you offer?
Our main finishes include walnut, gilded oak, cherry, wenge, and chestnut.
Additionally, we offer natural Albasia color (whitish cream), black, moss green, ruby red, orange, and ultramarine.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply select your design, finish, and size — and follow the checkout process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Bancontact, BLIK, iDeal, American Express, and Union Pay.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take after ordering?
After creating the artwork (1 to 7 days), delivery usually takes between 2-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship within the EU and plan to expand globally in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders above 200€, shipping is completely free of charge.
Otherwise, shipping fee varies between 10€ to 30€, based on your location.
Creation & Customization
Can I personalize a mandala?
Yes. We offer personalized touches such as initials, symbolic elements, custom inscriptions, and, depending on the model, size and color customization.

How long does it take to create a mandala?
In-stock mandalas ship within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order pieces typically require 1–7 business days to complete, depending on complexity and order flow.
Can you create a fully unique mandala based on my vision?
We love working on custom commissions rooted in your symbols, dreams, or guiding concepts. If it's within our design abilities, we'll bring it to form.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return standard (non-custom) mandalas within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
What should I do if my mandala arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll replace the item or offer a solution that honors your trust.
Can I exchange a mandala for a different one?
Unfortunately, the mandalas cannot be exchanged for one another.
Care & Installation
How do I hang the mandala?
Larger mandalas include a secure hook on the back, ready to hang. We recommend anchoring it to a nail or screw appropriate for your wall type.
Is it safe to place the mandala outdoors?
While we use protective finishes, our mandalas are designed for interior spaces. Outdoor exposure to sun and moisture may warp or fade the wood over time.
How should I clean or maintain my mandala?
Dust gently using a soft cloth or use an air cleaner spray. Avoid moisture or chemical cleaners.
